Feasibility study
It may sometimes be helpful to obtain insight into all the possibilities for your specific situation before deciding on an application solution. Xcellent can carry out a feasibility study for you, in order to provide you with a clear overview of the existing data processing applications within your organisation. This study is then used to define a business case.
If you decide to work with the application, we will draw up an implementation plan in close collaboration with your organisation. Your employees will then receive extensive training to familiarise them with the application and working method. After the rollout, they can always turn to our helpdesk staff for assistance when needed.
